Samosa

An onion, pea and potato filling encased in a triangular flaky pastry with the right amount of spice – they’re just irresistible! Our samosas come in three sizes – cocktail, regular or large – but cocktail and large samosas must be pre-ordered.

Panjri/Dabra

A mix of carefully selected nuts and grains to help promote good health. Panjiri/Dabra is usually eaten by new mums to assist in the postpartum repair and strengthening of their bodies. Not only this, panjiri/dabra assists in increasing lactation and stimulating breast milk flow. However, men, women and children of all ages are encouraged to eat panjiri/dabra for their immense general health benefits.

Pinni

Badana

Made by deep-frying small balls of batter before soaking these in a sugar syrup, badana works to provide a hint of sweetness to compliment bhujia, leaving you with a sweet-salty mix for a nice tea time snack for the guests at any event

Jalebi

Jalebi’s are a spiral-shaped Indian sweet, crispy and filled with sticky sugar syrup. Commonly prepared for special occasions (e.g. Diwali or religious events), however, Jalebi’s can also be enjoyed at home with milk or rice pudding (kheer).

Gulab Jamun

Our gulab jamun – a milk-based, round, spongey dessert – are soaked in a rose-scented syrup. You can pick one up and eat it cold, or heat it up and enjoy it with some vanilla ice cream!

Gajerela

Gajerela (also known as gajar ka halwa), a mouth-watering carrot-based dessert very popular in winter months in Punjab, can come as either a barfi (in cubed pieces) or as a halwa. Our favourite way to eat it? Warmed up and served with vanilla ice cream!

Khoya barfi

With a fudge-like consistency that melts in your mouth, our khoya barfi is a classic Indian sweet that can be served as a snack or even eaten as a desert. A box of this popular mithai can be given to your guest after an event. But be warned, one piece is never enough!

Besan Barfi

A flavourful barfi made from chickpea flour, our besan is well known for simply melting in your mouth. Gift a box to friends and family or hide one at home to have as a treat, we won’t tell!

Laddo

Our boondi laddo now comes in a choice of two colours: the traditional yellow and also now pink. Soaked in a sugar syrup, laddo is an immensely popular sweet traditionally used as one of the 5 items of Bhaji at weddings. They also make an excellent gift for friends and family, or to satisfy that sweet tooth at home.
